Swiss banking secrecy is a constitutionally
protected right that every individual is considered to possess.
Swiss financial institutions like ACM have the obligation
to protect its customer's account details with utmost confidentiality
from any and all third parties. Account confidentiality
is considered a valuable constituent of financial business
in Switzerland. The Federal government can in the case of
funds suspected to originate from criminal activities bypass
the banking secrecy act of 1934 and investigate suspected
